carmageddon2[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he gritty reboot of the gritty source material of Carmageddon: Reincarnation has finally begun its decisive Early Access period preempting its full launch, so if you decided to back the game way back in April and June of 2012, you’ll finally get to sample the fruits of your generosity. Those of you who contributed will be receiving your Steam key for the Early Access build via Humble Bundle, so if you backed the game and don’t know what the hell’s going on, follow this link for the full details on how to get the Early Access. The Early Access addresses many of the beta’s issues and add on a couple new environments, so go out and get some!

If you didn’t have the foresight to back Carmageddon: Reincarnation and are lamenting the lack of vehicular manslaughter in your life, rest easy.  You can buy the Early Access version of the game yourself from Steam for $29.99.
