The folks over at Counterplay Games have posted the first gameplay video preview of their currently Kickstarting strategy game Duelyst. We’ve covered Duelyst a fair amount since it launched on Kickstarter back in early March, including an interview with designer Keith Lee, and a feature on the games’ beautiful art, but something has always been missing; gameplay. The video, which you can find below or on this backer update features almost 4 minutes of one on one strategic combat. While it doesn’t feature everything we expect the final title to have, you can certain get a feel for what you’re backing. If for some reason you’re not backing Duelyst yet you still have 5 days to get your hands on some backer rewards and potentially help it get to the next stretch goal which involves additional battle maps with different terrain layouts and more artwork.
