We here at Cliqist love crowdfunded games, but we are gamers just like you guys, and that means we play, well, everything. The “Not Crowdfunded, But…” series will be a regular dose of non-crowdfunded magic from us to you, covering everything from the latest Gears of Halo Theft Auto 5: Bad Creed Warfare Company XIII-2 Sonic’s Return to indie hits and obscure retro titles. Anything goes! The staff here at Cliqist votes on submissions (which you can enter!) and once we have it narrowed down, we do the review!
That’s right, folks, if you have any ideas for games you’d like to see us cover, send us an email at greg@cliqist.com and we’ll add your submission to our own. At that point, our staff will vote and we’ll have stuff to write! Feel free to make multiple submissions (of different games, of course)! Since we’ve been populating our YouTube channel lately, you might even get to see some of our staff bumble around with your favorite games!
With so many new games being released, how is it we settled on Reign of Kings, a game that’s still in Early Access? Easy. The game has so much to offer already, and has so much potential for the future, that we just couldn’t resist! An open world medieval survival sim? That’s an easy choice!

Well, greg i won’t spam your box lol.
But i’d be interested to see a review about Dying Light. I am not to do review myself, but on this game i did one and it was a negative one. Since a lot of people enjoy the game, i would like you guys opinion on it.
I wonder, if i am the only one considering this game..awful or not. Short detail I find the story not interesting, the end boss..laughable..(QTE guys Fable 2 mode lol) the hook..going against gravity an instant throw off for me..the night is also ridiculously easy and not stressful at all (except the first one) the quarantine zone are..easy too..Anyway i won’t continue lol. You can see how i was disppointed in it.
And also..Too much Zombies games..like “REALLY” too much.
We’ll be voting on our June game of the month soon, so maybe it will get selected! Either way Dying Light is definitely on my list of games to play. I have to admit though, in looking at gameplay videos I’m a bit skeptical. As you said, everyone seemed to love it, but it doesn’t seem to do much to stand out. I feel like it benefited from being released during the slow season, so everyone needed something to get excited about 🙂
Well, the game was done by part of the team working on Dead Rising..that left to create “their dream game”..it is dead rising with parkour. The parkour is really the best part of the game the craft is good too. Except that i hardly find anything worth noting to this game.
The oustanding number of positive reviews is giving me a headache. Not, that i find the game horrible but not that fantastic either i would put it a 12-13/20? Or a C.
If you do try it out, There is a feeling i had on this game you’ll tell me if you had it too. That is i had great fun with the game until i came to the 2nd map i just had enough and found that this map was uncalled for, i stopped playing at the start of the 2nd map..I should finish the game put it’s a chore..so repetitive..
