Announced at E3 2015, the Kickstarted 3D side-scrolling action adventure game, Bacon Man, will be heading to the Xbox One in the near future thanks to the ID @ Xbox program.
In celebration of the announcement, the development team released a new gameplay trailer for the game, which you can find below the text of this article. For those of you who originally Kickstarted the game, you’ll be receiving a complimentary Bacon Man code from the developers once the game releases.
The game will follow the story of, you guessed it, Bacon Man, as he works his way through the world of Nomround to clear his name from a crime he didn’t commit. As Bacon Man, you’ll be fighting through numerous different food groups to confront the Food Kings, the evil (food?) that framed you for killing King Roast Beef. The story sounds totally cliche, but the fact that you’re fighting food makes it sound incredibly entertaining, or should I say delicious?
Bacon Man has not yet been released on the PC, which was the original release platform for the game. The Kickstarter page for Bacon Man states an estimated December 2015 release date on the PC and now, Xbox One. Stay tuned to Cliqist for further updates on Bacon Man as we have them and be sure to let us know what you think of the game in the comments section.
It sounds hilarious I think I’m interested now.
If Bacon Man and Powdered Toast Man get together…..things are gonna get tasty.
We need Egg Boy too. Darn it, I need food now.
