Did you hear that Olympia Rising is out?

If you didn’t hear about Olympia Rising’s release (or if you’re polite enough to play along), it’s out now on Steam for a mere $4.99. That’s a pretty good deal when you consider that when the Kickstarter campaign ran in January 2014 you needed to back at $5.00 to get the game. The curiosity of a game being cheaper for non-backers out of the gate aside, Olympia Rising is already getting some good buzz. A number of the Steam reviews have mentioned the tight controls, which is a must for an action platformer. Combine the control quality with some beautiful and diverse pixel art and you’ve got a game that could be worth checking out.
