I love a good game that takes a unique idea and runs with it. And The Artful Escape of Francis Vendetti looks to be a surreal classic in the making for fans of adventure games. Just the few screenshots and trailer that I saw have me sold, and I barely know much about the game beyond a very basic plot. That said, I look forward to when the Kickstarter for this title launches on March 1st.
The Artful Escape of Francis Vendetti follows the titular character as he strives to be a musician in his own right but his father’s legacy is keeping him from finding his own path to stardom. And so begins what I can only assume as an acid trip down awesomeville. Whether I decide to back this one or not I know that I’ve got to keep a close eye on it as I love the premise and hopefully I’ll know more in a couple weeks time as to take the plunge or not.
