Look, we get it. Most of you who read Cliqist do so because you want an inside look at crowdfunded indie game development. Maybe some of you even have aspirations of joining the ranks of one of your favorite indie studios someday. For the indie hopefuls out there, Clever Endeavour Games shared an inside look at their hiring process.

Spoiler Alert, It’s Adorable

Clever Endeavour raised CA$ 34,155 on Kickstarter to create their party platformer, Ultimate Chicken Horse. The game was released on Steam last Spring with a console launch on the horizon. In a recent Kickstarter update, Clever Endeavour announced that the team had grown by one with the addition of a new artist, Fabio Grisi.

For anyone wondering how to make an impression when applying for a job in the game industry, Fabio’s video application is a must watch. Congrats on the new gig, Mr. Grisi, looking forward to your future work.
