I’m no lawyer, nor am I a police officer, or even a private investigator, but I don’t have to be to have a feeling that something might be up with the Kickstarter for “iOS Cartoon – Themed Casino Games.”  Yes, the game is exactly as it sounds, a suite of gambling titles with cartoon themes.  Nothing wrong with that, is there?  Well, some people will have a problem with that, but we’ll leave the inappropriate marketing of adult activities to children debate for another day.  So let’s take a look at the game.

Recognize anything?  That’s right!  A number of your childhood heroes asking you to spin that one armed bandit just one more time!  Did a large number of rights holders band together to create an iOS gambling game and an accompanying Kickstarter campaign asking for $200?  Or is it just someone that wants to make a game they would find fun that needs a little information on the law? Normally there is where I suggest you watch the Kickstarter video, but at only 1 second in length there isn’t a lot of additional information to be had.
