We’ve already announced and previewed Red Goddess, and many gamers who are excited about the release of the game may not know about some recently-emerged details about the title, currently being funded through Kickstarter. Most of the news was about new digital reward tiers and t-shirt designs, but before they got down to all that, they snuck in some pretty juicy screengrabs…

This screen shows Divine running through one of Red Goddess’s underground caves. Notice the hulking fear-monster in the background. The game is already proving to have the high-resolution textures we all wanted coupled with the unique and stylized design.

Here we see an example of a cutscene between Divine and Chill, the embodiment of her fear, in a washed-out bedroom.

Here we get a glimpse at a lush and colorful forest level with some sort of beehive in the upper right corner.

As you can see, a single underground level actually includes several different area types and diverse conditions.

Red Goddess is still a ways from its funding goal, and needs to raise $32,484 in the next nine days for the campaign to be successful. You can head over to their Kickstarter to help out and get yourself some sweet rewards! This game’s already been Greenlit on Steam, so all they need is your help!
