barbarian2Who doesn’t love ham? Yeah, a lot of people do. But the creators of Barbarian Brawl really love it and they need funds to eat more of it.

No, I kid, it’s so they can make their game even better, silly.

Imagine it, just your friends and yourself in a field of some sort, all dressed as Barbarians. You’re carrying spears and chasing after each other, trying your best to inflict fear in their very hearts and possibly kill them. OH! But they just ran into the swinging swords and exploded into a giant puddle of blood before you could even get to them.

Doesn’t it sound like a swell idea? All your friends playing online together as Barbarians, trying to kill each other? Sounds like jolly good friendly fun!

Barbarian Brawl is an all out bloodbath four twenty barbarian-like characters. It’s a 3rd person multiplayer action game that is going to be available for PC and Mac, and hopefully be put up on Steam Greenlight soon. The entire concept is simple and to the point: choose your character, choose your weapon, and never look back. It’s time for some murder.

barbarian3And probably feasting on Ham, but I’m not sure.

The development team at Thrillion is seeking funding through Kickstarter for £10,000 so they can add finishing touches and additional characters, weapons, game modes, levels, and a bunch of other whacky features to Barbarian Brawl. At the moment, there are only four characters implemented in the game but they intend to add at least two more. A release date nor beta release date has been mentioned yet, but we should know more in the next couple weeks.
