Don’t let the title fool you. Ice-Pick Lodge isn’t trying to make you not pick up and play Knock Knock. The problem lies with a pricing mishap for the Playstation 4 release. It’s now out to purchase, but according to the developers the price point was set three times higher than they wanted it. So, unless you’re willing to pay thrice over for the game they’re asking for you to hold out on buying it until they work out the change in pricing.

Knock Knock is priced correctly for North American audiences, but this update is for those who reside in the European countries. Due to the nature of the euro and the exchange rate or something I’m guessing. They plan on working on getting the cost down to €5 by September 18. And, if you’re already affected by the price hike (due to purchasing the game already), you can e-mail them about it and they’ll work with you. Until then, you’ll just have to keep yourself busy with our review of the PC version.
