The bell has rung, and Igrasil Studio’s new visual novel Bloody Chronicles has raised all of the $30,000 requested with an extra $17,622. Described as as a gritty visual novel about an orphaned detective working for an organization that solves crimes labeled unsolvable by the police, the first installment of Bloody Chronicles already met with success on Steam Greenlight, having been approved in just four days. The fact that this first chapter promises 20 plus hours of gameplay couldn’t have hurt.
Igrasil Studio is a new studio based out of Tokyo with 14 members, but have worked for studios on rather popular anime like Tokyo Ghoul. Like most visual novels, the player will be able to make decisions which affect the ending and develop relationships with characters you come across as the story progresses.
