I love seeing a game being designed for all ages, young or old, so it makes me happy to see a title like Nairi come around. If there’s one adventure game that screams family, it’s this one. From the cute and adorable characters to a subtle but compelling story, I’m sure there’ll be plenty to like here.

Nairi

The artwork initially is what originally caught my eye with Nairi. As I mentioned, the characters are just way too cute not to fall in love with them. It’s not all just adorable artwork though, there’s a deeper story to tell than just the adventures of an upper class girl and educated rat. The developers promise a darker tale than what you’d expect from the screenshots.

From what can tell, Nairi is a point and click adventure game in every sense of the word. There’ll be a deep narrative as well as plenty of puzzles.  Don’t worry though, there’ll be an optional hint system, just in case you get stuck. This game isn’t just for all ages, but also for all skill levels. Casual and hardcore fans alike shouldn’t have any trouble getting through the story.

Nairi

I look forward to learning more about Nairi. From the moment I found out about it I fell in love. I backed as soon as I saw it go live, and I do hope the best for the campaign. It’s not rare for me to love an adventure game, but not all of them get me as excited as this one.

(Ed: we’ve added the promising Nairi to our Kickstarter curator page, check out it and the other titles we’ve selected at http://kickstarter.com/cliqist.)
