divinity2[dropcap]A[/dropcap]fter a healthy Alpha period, the developers over at Larian Studios are releasing the beta build of Divinity: Original Sin on the Early Access platform of choice: Steam. For those of you who backed the game at the appropriate levels the beta will be available for free as of today, April 3rd.  The new-and-improved build of the yet-to-be-released title will include new regions, an overhauled character creation system, new talents, skills, and spells, in addition to better AI, hundreds of bug fixes, and basic tweaks and refinements to make every aspect of the game better as we near the official launch.

If you’re not a backer don’t worry, you can buy the Early Access version of the RPG for yourself from Steam for $39.99.
