Isupperduck2n dUcktopia, a population of ducks have been worshipping a sardine god for hundreds of years. As a ritual, the ducks would prepare a very important and steamy tomato hot spring bath for their lord; but when one very idiotic duck mistakes a chili for a tomato, everything goes downhill in dUcktopia. With a big bang (and a mountain with a face on it for reasons unexplained!), dUcktopia plummets into chaos leaving it up to Supper Duck to fix everything.

Supper Duck, a 2D action puzzle game, is Chicken Innovations first indie project and they’re hitting up IndieGoGo for $15K to make it a reality. Supper Duck is intended to be a free app game but they need some help funding the remainder of the development, which they plan to be roughly six months. Right now, they already having a playable prototype that many supporter have been able to test out, giving some very positive feedback.

supperduck1Since the explosion, ducks have been scattered all over dUcktopia, and in Supper Duck, we much visit a cluster of islands to find and collect the poor little duckling while fending off any monsters along the way. The gameplay resembles a checker board on your app with the characters playable with a limited amount of swipes for their abilities. Players must strategize their movements on the board in order to avert or overcome any enemies approaching.

The campaign will be running until September 28th and it definitely needs some help if its going to succeed.

Quack Quack.
