contagion2Fans of Contagion, the upcoming Survival-Horror title coming to us from MonochromeLLC, have already been enjoying the title’s Steam-released Early Access, but the full game has yet to be released. We do, however, have a final release date for Contagion, and it’s much sooner than you’d think.

We’ll all be enjoying the full Steam release of Contagion as soon as April 11th, according to an update to backers straight from the developers, but that’s not all we’ve heard: MonochromeLLC is planning on continuing work on the title. Whether that means more content, DLC, or new features isn’t 100% clear at this point, but there will at least be updates.  Although the DLC stretch goal wasn’t quite reached during the original Kickstarter campaign, MonochromeLLC has still expressed interest in providing free DLC, so there’s no telling what may be on the horizon. One thing is for certain: Contagion is coming April 11th, and that won’t be the last we see of it.  If you’re interested in picking up a copy for yourself you might want to get on it, the 25% Early Access Discount will be done for once the final release drops.
