Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom, the action RPG from developer Enigami, has a new teaser trailer ahead of its 2016 release. At just over a minute long it’s actually shorter than the trailer shown at Gamescom 2015 a few months ago, but despite the short length it gives a substantive look at this promising title.

With some gorgeous graphics Shiness is certainly one of the best looking indie RPG titles I’ve seen while the fast and dynamic combat system looks set to be a lot of fun. The only downside is the corny voiceover which seems very derivative – although it does at least help in understanding how to pronounce ‘Shiness’ (which I still maintain is not a good name).

The teaser trailer went online a week ago and has been viewed over 100,000 times already. However while we know it will be released in 2016 on PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Wii U there’s still no exact date but Shiness definitely looks like one to keep your eye on.
