Back by popular (aka: EiC’s) demand, it’s time for Cliqist’s Game of the Month. We’ve done this in the past with both crowdfunded and not-so crowdfunded titles. Every month, our crack team of editors will select an exceptional indie game to highlight. To start things off we’ve selected the newly released on Steam Early Access, My Time at Portia.

This is a title we’ve had eyes on since it’s Kickstarter campaign. This adorable post-apocalyptic simulation RPG from the team at Pathea Games ticks all the right boxes. Players can expect a relaxed, Animal Crossing meets Rune Factory Frontier sandbox experience. From farming, to  clearing dangerous ruins, and romancing the locals, My Time at Portia has a little something for everyone.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be digging into the details that make My Time at Portia a game to watch. Bookmark this article and check back often as we add links to our expansive coverage of this early access release.
